A lot of people in the US and other countries have read the book. Harper Lee has even received the Pulitzer for the book, the most important award for books in the US.

What does “racism” mean?

Racism means that someone is against people from certain countries or with a certain skin color. For example, racists want people with black skin color or immigrants to have less rights than whites. This can be vice-versa, for example, immigrants and blacks are sometimes fueled by racism.

It is a stupid concept anyway.

In some countries, such as Germany, racism is forbidden. The law states that nobody should be disadvantaged because of his or her descent, race or background.
